In case of error you have within 14 calendar days (if you have not unsealed the product) after the reception to make relevant claims. After this period we will understand that the receipt of goods has been satisfactory.
ALREGI SL assumes no responsibility for delays caused by the customs services of the countries of reception or circulation of goods nor expenses taxes accrued by differences between countries.
If you do not meet the delivery deadline ALREGI SL informs its clients and informs them of the reason which provokes the delay and proposes alternative solutions.
Deliveries to PO boxes are not made.
The customer can process the return within a period 14 calendar days (if you have not unsealed the product) from the receipt of the order, by sending an email to mail a firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of the delivery note for the transportation, receipt or invoice.
