Order, Preparation and Delivery
ALREGI SL guarantees the existence of all products offered in www.alregi.cat, in case of not availability Customer will be informed about the situation as soon as possible. Regarding to wines, the vintage year could change in case the supplier did not inform us before. If you disagree with wine, you can return the products on our website and we will pick the box. Do not forget your box must be packed as you received it. We will refund the paid amount once the bottle/s are in our warehouse and we check the incident.
The order will be delivered to the address indicated at the time zone set.
Deliveries are on Monday to Friday, except holidays. At the time of delivery, the Customer will be identified and will have to sign the delivery note order.
ALREGI SL will not assume any responsibility for the delayed delivery of orders when this delay is exclusive fault of the contracted transport. Once the order is issued and the customer has the tracking number is responsability of shipping company.
